The hotel property was deluxe with comfy location near to beach. All the staff was very friendly, solved my issues. The room was cozy, modern and the beds were comfortable.

Deluxe hotel, affable and pleasant staff, perfect location close to everything. Modern, cozy room with a private bathroom and a shower and towels. Comfortable bed, easy check-in. Location just next door to Hampton Beach for many years, and the beach area.

This hotel met the criteria in every way, recommend. This venue was welcome base for exploring Hampton, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location close to everything was comfortable and absolutely perfect for us.

The staff was affable and pleasant all day long. The idea to include a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice. Could cook our own meals in a handy kitchenette.
